Prism Award Presentation· Celebrating Excellence in Business Through Coaching

This year, the PSCA Annual meeting has something extra special to celebrate - the presentation of our first-ever Prism Award recognizing outstanding commitment to coaching as a leadership strategy within organizations and the great results they have achieved through that commitment. Not only will we be presenting this prestigious industry award to one outstanding recipient, we will also be recognizing the achievements of a notable runner-up.

Both honorees will offer insights into how coaching has played a key role in their achievements, affecting their bottom-line results and creating value. Come find out how coaching has helped these organizations achieve greater results and support the local coaches who have helped make them such winners.

Please RSVP now to reserve your spot.

More Recognition and celebration!

The recognition won't be limited to these organizations and their coaches, either. This past year has been marked by increased volunteerism throughout our transition to a member-owned, member-run organization and we want to be sure to applaud the efforts of the people who are helping us remain viable as a professional association. If you have not been one of those volunteers this year, all the more reason to come show your support and gratitude for the individuals who have.

Welcome and Support Your New Board Members!

We also encourage you to join us in welcoming and meeting your incoming Board Members. Knowing the people who work together to set the direction of our organization and giving them an opportunity to know you is an important element in establishing and maintaining a cohesive association.

This evening is all about celebration and recognizing our collective achievements and we welcome you to come together for that purpose and enjoy yourselves on beautiful Lake Union!

About the Prism Award

The Puget Sound Coaches Association Prism Award celebrates excellence and business achievement through coaching by recognizing Washington State businesses and organizations for their commitment to coaching as a leadership strategy. Recipients of this prestigious industry award have demonstrated both their commitment to coaching as an important element in their success strategies as well as the concrete value that coaching has had within their organizations in achieving their successes.

Although new to PSCA, the Prism Award is now in its 7th year in the Greater Toronto Area Coaches chapter of the International Coach Federation and is now presented annually to an international recipient by the ICF as well as having been picked up by numerous other local chapters.

Special Note

This is one of the early program meetings to be organized under PSCA’s new Project Funding Application process. Not sure what that’s all about? Find more information on the PSCA Transition page and then contact us at volunteers@pugetsoundcoaches.org to sign up to facilitate or help out with an event or get more information.
