Evolution of Coaching ·  An Evening With Vikki Brock

Mercer Island Community Center

At the ICF Research Symposium on November 1, 2006, Vikki Brock, MCC presented preliminary results from her dissertation research into "Who's Who in Coaching: Who Shaped It, Who's Shaping It."

The results stem from a survey with 1300 respondents, an extensive literature search, and 160 interviews with key influencers. Looking at the growth of coaching in union with related professions, coach-specific institutions and publication, and key influencers, she wove a robust tapestry of vital links and networks.

One of the attendees told her, "You have proven that there are zero degrees of separation in the coaching community."

Vikki gave the coaching community a look at their vast genealogy, and as with any family tree, her results both excited and scared the community. If you weren’t at the symposium, aren’t you just itching to know what she shared, and where you fit into our family tree? If you were there, then you know you didn’t hear all that Vikki knows.

Register now for our February 13th PSCA monthly program meeting!

Do not miss this event!
Now that her results are completed, Vikki will present the first draft of her dissertation to PSCA, with information that may drive your decisions and plans for how you will continue to grow your business.
