Puget Sound Coaches Association

PSCA - Member Owned and Operated

More Powerful Together...

In our hearts, we know that together we are better and more powerful than we are alone. We have big ideas that go beyond what we can do for ourselves. We yearn for partnership and collaboration. And we believe that giving back is better than scarcity-driven competition.

Yet at the same time, we are solo-preneurs and working alone so much, we're often unsure about how to to engage with one another in ways that  makes sense for ourselves and for each other.

As your local professional coaching association, we can help. Successful associations are ones where members are not just consumers - we are also the owners and the workforce - and our transition into a stronger member-owned and -operated model was designed in recognition of that fact.

In this new model, we want the Association to act as a clearinghouse and resource center for our member coaches to come together and act on those big ideas, satisfy our cravings for collaboration and find ways to help ourselves by helping each other because a high tide really does float all ships.

Money Follows Energy...

If you have passion for a particular project idea, talk with us about we can help  you make it happen. Together, we are able to create and access resources we would not have alone.

  • A paid administrator on staff to help with routine tasks
  • Resource information to make your project come together more easily
  • Access to member records that can help put you into contact with other members who might share your passions and be interested in collaborating
  • Funds that can help support endeavors that benefit coaching and our member coaches

If you're looking for ideas for projects that ignite your passions and benefit coaches and coaching, check out our  Project Suggestions document. It's designed for you to be able to print out one or more pages that interest you and start making notes right away about your next steps.

When you're ready to request financial resources from PSCA, fill out and submit this Project & Programming Grant Application and we'll promise to have an answer back to you soon. We recommend planning events approximately three months in advance to allow time for scheduling, space reservations, and sending out event notices.  Check out the Sample Completed Application  if you want to see what successful application looks like.
